June 6 every year is the national "eye love day", which was jointly established by 12 ministries and commissions including the Ministry of health, the Ministry of education, the Youth League Central Committee and the China Disabled Persons' Federation in 1996. The purpose of establishing the national "eye love day" is to popularize the scientific knowledge of eye use, improve the eye health level of teenagers, prevent eye diseases, and mobilize all sectors of society to care about people's eyes.
In recent years, the myopia rate of children and adolescents in China remains high, and the younger and more severe myopia is becoming more and more serious. It has even become a major event related to the future of the country and the nation, which needs the attention of the whole society.
每年6月6日是全国“爱眼日”，这是1996年由国家卫生部、教育部、团中央、中国残联等12个部委联合确立的。设立全国“爱眼日”的目的是为了普及科学用眼知识，提高青少年眼健康水平，预防眼疾，动员社会各界力量共同关心人们的眼睛。
近年来，我国儿童青少年近视率居高不下，近视低龄化、重度化日益严重，甚至已成为一个关系国家和民族未来的大事，需要全社会引起高度重视。

2021年6月6日是第26个全国“爱眼日”，依托习近平总书记“共同呵护好孩子的眼睛，让他们拥有一个光明的未来”的重要指示精神；鸿晨集团积极响应国家号召，参与了由中国眼镜协会、中国眼镜科技杂志社主办，云南省红河哈尼族彝族自治州个旧市人民政府、个旧市教育体育局协办的以“呵护光明之窗，你我携手同行”为主题的第26个全国“爱眼日”公益活动。
The public welfare activity was held in Heping primary school, Gejiu City, Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. Jiangsu Hongchen Group Co., Ltd. donated 100 pairs of lenses. Zhang Yi, deputy director of Gejiu Health Bureau, and Liu Ying and Tang Wei, representatives of Gejiu Health Bureau, accepted the donation.

Focus on "eye" vision together 一起关注“EYE”视界
① Do eye exercises frequently and press and knead acupoints correctly;
② Regardless of direct light or diffuse reflection, brightness is the key to eye protection. The screen should be stable without flicker, the light should be soft and bright, and uniform without glare;
③ Timely adjust the distance of sight, relax the ciliary muscle and relieve eye fatigue;
④ Do not look at the screen closely in a dark environment. It can easily lead to glaucoma or blindness;
⑤ Apply a hot towel to the eyes to effectively alleviate the dryness of the eyes;
⑥ Check your eyesight regularly and see a doctor in time if you feel unwell.
①勤做眼保健操，正确按揉穴位；
②不管直射光或漫反射，亮度是护眼关键，屏幕应该稳定无闪烁，光线要柔和明亮，且均匀无眩光；
③适时调整视线远近，放松睫状肌，缓解眼疲劳；
④切勿在暗环境下近距离看屏幕，轻则易导致青光眼重则失明；
⑤热毛巾敷眼睛，有效缓解眼干涩；
⑥定期检查视力，不适及时就医。
