Do this 3-5 times, which can promote blood circulation in the eyes and enhance metabolism.
④ Eye washing method: First disinfect the basin, pour warm water into it, adjust the water temperature, put the face in the water, open the eyes in the water, and move the eyeballs up and down, left and right. It can wash away harmful substances and dust in the eyes, and is also effective for mild cataracts, and can improve the degree of refractive error of astigmatism, hyperopia, and myopia.
⑤ Eyeball rotation method: Choose a place, sit or stand, relax the whole body, open the eyes, keep the head and neck still, and rotate the eyeballs alone. Each time you rotate, the eyeballs should reach the limit as much as possible. This eye rotation method can exercise the eye muscles, improve nutrition, and make the eyes flexible and bright.
